Not contain '-' in qctool file name

Some reason it will break URL mapping for the filename that contains '-' in the qctool file name. I would appreciate that qctool filename does not contain '-' for now. Thank you! Or if we need to be able to handle - in the filename in the future. Please let me know.

OK, we can avoid for now. Is it a regex thing?

A regex test would be a good workaround. The presence of - in the filename is a bit uncontrolled since the default name of the report is based on the input video file name.

Can we modify this ticket from "don't do this" to a request to fix it?

hmm sure. I just know that it won't break the while it is uploading but it breaks for processing the files or group and navigate back to the status page. I will look into to see if I can fix it.
