User must have at least one contact method on record. User should be able to add any number of emails or phone numbers.

Acceptance Criteria

• User can view contact information in their profile.
• User can enter new text as a phone or email.
• User entered input is validated as valid phone or email and re-formatted for database as necessary.
• User can delete existing contact records.
• User can edit existing contact records.

Definition of Done

• Meets linting guidelines
• Meets formatting guidelines
• Includes new tests
• Passes full test suite
