As a user I should be able to block other users

Blocking others to reduce their visibility of your profile and prevent their interaction with you.

Acceptance criteria:

• User should be able to block any other user.
• User should be able to view the list of their blocked users.
• User should be able to unblock any blocked user.
• Blocked users should not be able to view any account info of the user that they were blocked by.
• Blocked users should not be able to follow or view any feed info of the user that they were blocked by.
