Update the SDK protocol for 0.7

As 0.7 came out a few days ago with quite a few protocol changes this needs to be updated.

Made a few changes over the summer, but those + the extra changes now need to be fixed up.
One difference in the repo I remember is that the list of device types changed their order, which until the changes are merged in will cause some issues.

@silvio2402 I'm not actively maintaining this library right now, might back to it as some point but unsure when.

My advice is to use jath03's openrgb-python right now.

@bahorn thanks for your quick reply. I really like your client and would like to implement loading/saving/deleting profiles (already have a PoC). I understand if this project is not on your mind at the moment, but is there anything I you know I need to worry about concerning version 3 (release 0.7)? Thanks
