The initial version w/ feature-parity w/ [jonesforth](https://github.com/bahmanm/jonesforth) where possible. The idea is to be able to feed [`jonesforth.f`](https://github.com/bahmanm/jonesforth/blob/master/jonesforth.f) into bjforth w/ minimum modification to the file. It should be noted that the feature-parity is not a must-have but a nice-to-have; there are things that simply don't make sense for a JVM forth and things that cannot be implemented.
