Reaper crashes when you add a FX Browser and then try to close it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open MaxPane
2. Add FX Browser
3. Try to close it

Environment

• REAPER 7.62:
• MaxPane 1.5.1:
• OS: Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS, Linux 6.17.0-14-generic
• Build type: Release

Thanks for the report — first runtime feedback from Linux, much appreciated.

The FX Browser crash on close is likely in DoRelease() — when closing a tab, we call SetParent(hwnd, nullptr) to restore the window to top-level before toggling it off. On Linux (SWELL/GTK), this may behave differently than on macOS (SWELL/Cocoa).

I don't have a Linux machine to debug on currently. If you're able to build from source, a debug build with logging would help pinpoint the exact crash location. Otherwise I'll investigate when I get access to a Linux environment.
