Cake DebugKit

The Applications binary cake returns error

Plugin DebugKit could not be found. in [/usr/local/apache2/htdocs/app/vendor/cakephp/cakephp/src/Core/PluginCollection.php, line 137]

[b23prodtm]

It must be installed with DebugKit which is available in the dev requirements.

Call

  ./configure.sh --development

to install composer dependencies

Or call

 cd app
 composer --dev update

[b23prodtm]

Vendor folder was moved to document root directory
