Content Element inside container not update tstamp from containing Page after save

When you normally edit a content element, the SYS_LASTCHANGED timestamp of the page is updated. However, this does not happen when the content element is located inside a container element.

This is problematic if you rely on the page’s last-changed timestamp for an API, for example, to check when a page was last modified.

Hi @BreathCodeFlow , i have a looked into the code, and testet the behaviour, the SYS_LASTCHANGED is not updatet when edit a content element in the Backend, but when it is rendered (s. https://github.com/TYPO3/typo3/blob/13.4/typo3/sysext/frontend/Classes/Controller/TypoScriptFrontendController.php#L393 for TYPO3 v13, setSysLastChanged is called in generatePage_postProcessing of TSFE.
eached rendered content calls lastChange https://github.com/TYPO3/typo3/blob/13.4/typo3/sysext/frontend/Classes/ContentObject/ContentObjectRenderer.php#L1061
this is also called, when container renders its child, so works as expected.

do you use the container dataprocessor? have you set skipRenderingChildContent (if skipRenderingChildContent is set the child is not rendered, and lastChange in ContentObjectRenderer is not called, i can fix it, if this is the Problem?)
