Permission issue which pulling the sagemaker spark container image.

I am using the sagemaker spark image in the create_training_job api but it is giving below error message
An error occurred (ValidationException) when calling the CreateTrainingJob operation: Access denied for repository: sagemaker-spark-processing in registry ID: 314815235551.

Make sure the execution role used for CreateTrainingJob has permissions to ECR. If you're building and testing locally, make sure to follow these stops in the DEVELOPMENT.md
