Add Bastion Node #119
Description
This template no longer has the bastion node code. Can you add it back in to the code so we have a way to SSH to the tableau server? I built one manually, but would like to see this re-inserted to the templates. I think it belongs between the VPC stack and the tableau stack in tableau-single-server-main.template.yaml
