I built my own tracker from ground up including a full featured C# client (zero .NET libraries), so I must say.. both last reply and this project goal does not make sense.

I don't feel this lines up with the tracker/scrape procedures since we are relying on DHT nodes, PEX and tcp/UDP injections - how does this interact?

What does this even do? I'm a big *BSD OS user as well.

If you are not an Internet provider, do not own your own DNS servers and cannot add a specific "retracker.local" domain, then this project really does not make sense for you.
This is not a torrent tracker, this is a pseudo tracker
