Use of html for apply form

Is it possible to add html functionality to the apply form, so we can elements like

use of html in posts is generally not allowed in phpbb.

I think you got it wrong. I dont meant html for the person who applies. I meant for the applyform itself. E. g. to make some parts of the questiontext bold.

this would be possible if i enable bbcode in the question box, as this is currently not possible
