`cloud` ignores options listed by `cloud help`

cloud ignores options suggested as valid by cloud help

$ cloud --verbose configure
PoolParty core loadtime: 1.452238675
cloud 1.6.9
Usage: cloud COMMAND [ARGS]

The cloud subcommands commands are:
  bootstrap, compile, configure, console, contract, expand, list, reboot, rsync, run, show, ssh, start, terminate, vnc, help

I observed the same behavior when I tried the subcommand suggested by cloud help:

$ cloud --verbose cloud-configure

[hedgehog]

Hmm, I looked at this but, IMO, think Thor is probably a better replacement so would rather spend time on shifting to Thor than wrestiling with git-style-binaries.
Thoughts?
