Current Behaviour
While running multiapp hippo simulation, without an obvious reason, the timestep of the model will collapse during the openFOAM simulation stage to a value of the rough order e-11 and does not recover, preventing hippo from progressing and requiring a force-quit.
Expected Behaviour
Ideally, timestepper should not reduce like this, alternatively some kind of limit, recovery, or error message would be useful.
Steps to Reproduce
Specific cause is unknown, scenario is a coupled heated solid-cooling high-flow rate fluid. Attempted to solve through baseline reduced timestep size to no effect.
