Scale equilibrium data

I wanted to try playing around with Bill's MAST-U neutronics mesh but it's in cm whilst the MAST-U eqdsk I have is in m. Since the MAST-U mesh is quite large (my laptop died trying to open it in cubit) I feel like it will probably be easier to scale the equilibrium's units.

MAST-U mesh aside, this is probably a nice feature to have regardless. Especially if I am going to make a separate eqdsk reader (#41) as well.

In hindsight it may be easier to actually just scale the h5m mesh after it's been read into DAG. Something along these lines would probably work:

DAG->get_coords(arrayOfCoords, ...);
for (auto &coord:arrayOfCoords)
{
   coord = coord*scalingFactor
}
DAG->set_coords(arrayOfCoords, ...);

I could make this more general by writing a function that scales for different length scales appropriately but the core of the function should be something like the above.

I think that scaling the coordinates of the nodes should be all I need to do and the connectivity information should be correctly retained (since it's a uniform scaling across each dimension).
