Issues with voltage trasformers (UP/DOWN) in 1.19.2 #401

Hello,
I am having a crippling issue where my voltage converters, and by extent my power network and behaving unpredictably. This all happened after an update a few weeks ago and I posted a pull request on the discord on 7/26 at 11:00am:

I am having a pretty severe issue with the quantum tunnel in my 1.19.2 world running the new (from updated old) electrodynamics suite. Only one part of the system will work, either as an input or output. Restarts, re-logs, and cycling the inputs yields no results, and this issue is breaking my infrastructure. Especially when is am using the ad astra pack. Pics:"
I think I found the true issue: the upgrade and downgrade transformers. Where a 480v feed circuite for a carbide battery suddenly turns into 960v for no reason. Then this is turned into 1.92 kV. I believe these devices are bugged, as they where working just fine before the massive update.
