Maintenance status

What is the maintenance status of this project? I see that the last release was a while ago and there are pending things like updating the notify crate. (#11)

Also, there is a security vulnerability (RUSTSEC-2020-0016) which affects the crates which depend on hotwatch.

RUSTSEC-2020-0016: net2 crate has been deprecated; use socket2 instead.

hotwatch uses notify 4.0 which uses mio 0.6.23 which uses net2.

I would volunteer to take up maintenance! Just let me know how you want to go forward.

Thank you, and my apologies for the delay! I was preoccupied with job searching. Now that I've sorted that out, I'll be able to keep up on maintenance again (though contributions are always very welcome!)
