Single Letter Key local lookup Causes error

Describe the bug

Attempting to perform a local lookup on a key consisting of a single letter results in a Key not found error

Steps to reproduce

1. First Create a key with a single letter
2. Then do a llookup

@ purnima@update:public:p@ purnima singleletter
data:7
@ purnima@llookup:public:p@ purnima
error:AT0015-key not found : public:public:p@ purnima does not exist in keystore

Expected behavior

llookup should return the value of the key
