As it is right now, the official way to create a decomposition is to use axis.
This implies that the decomposition has to be known when variables and constraints are created.
Is it possible to first create the model and second to define a decomposition.
For instance, one could imagine annotating constraints and variables which belong to each pricing problem AFTER the model is already at hand.
