Bookmark should scroll to top of the page

.. when moving to the next bookmark using F2. Now after jumping to next bookmark it is staing at the bottom of the page.

This is the opposite behavior of request #31. Both are valid of course, so I propose a user-setting in pull request #63. However, in the latest Atom (1.8.0, with bookmarks 0.39.0), the behavior you request is implemented and works well: bookmark scroll to top of buffer after last one. I cannot reproduce the bug.
