Theme: "Sync with OS" causes visual discrepancies

Description

I had enabled "Sync with OS" to set different light and dark themes, and during a quick lookup to the settings JSON file, this visual discrepancy happened:

It seems that only the active buffer line is impacted

This is not reproducible by hard setting the theme as light or dark. Toggling "Sync with OS" after that seems to resolve the issue as well

Some additional details from me regarding this since I got the same/a similar issue:

• Theme doesn't sync live with OS theme switch
• (suggestion) Light / dark themes should be kept when switching between sync/no sync. e.g. when setting a custom light theme, it should keep that light theme for the light theme when turning sync on
• Restarting the app with sync on starts the app in the correct theme but the editor theme seem to be messed up
• In that state, '⌘P → theme' shows wrong theme
• Manually setting the theme in ⌘P menu seems to fix the theme bug in the editor
• I don't have this issue when setting the theme manually with sync off

Note: I just installed it fresh and the only thing I did prior to messing around with the theme was increasing the font size a bit.
