Is it possible to adjust the transparency and blur of the navigation bar in the settings?

On Windows systems, if only the editor's navigation bar and surrounding areas are made transparent, it looks strange, and the contrast of icons on the navigation bar also becomes problematic. Could users be allowed to disable these effects or provide customization options? Alternatively, could the entire editor be given the ability to set transparency and blur levels?

You can disable it through Settings > Appearance > Window Transparency

I'll keep this issue open until I fix this. This shouldn't look like this, it's completely transparent on Windows right now - which is actually a bug. It should look like this instead:
