Trust Codeberg for mod hosting

Currently any mods hosted on codeberg.org are marked as untrusted and potentially IP logging, despite the fact that codeberg makes none of that info public. This also happens for gist.githubusercontent.com hosted update.json.

this should probably also be added to v3's update checker since they are gaining popularity and have a free api for releases/etc
