Interactive documentation is not interactive

The interactive fields in the interactive documentation have no effect on the displayed element.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Controlled Input example (link)
2. Change type to alphanumeric
3. Change length to 8
4. See how the length of the input is not 8, but 6 instead
5. Notice how typing a, b, c, or even ł does not do anything
