Does this allow for 60+fps mouse cursor and/or customizable cursor?

When Android-x86 is run using Virtualbox, the mouse cursor 'lags' (20-30 fps or something) which is noticeable. Does this solve that?
Moreover in Android one is stuck with an ugly black kind-of-blurry mouse cursor. Does this change that / how can you change it?
