[Monitoring] Add ability to monitor Data Drift #301

Note, requires that the deploy a model to a container issues is completed first.
Describe the solution you'd like
If a model is deployed to a container, we should be able to update the container image to track e.g. incoming data distributions etc. which we then can compare to the logged data distributions of the data in such a way that we can e.g. measure data drift and other.
