ds-load auth0 export-transfom assumes presence of tcp [::1]:9292

Expected that ds-load does not require a connection to a (local) directory when exporting a plugin transform.
This should be completely local, not requiring a connection.

When topaz is running

Also note the % sign at the end of each error message
