Pipeline page: Add a 'square' to include the TEPs in the pipeline graph

Add a square in the left hand side of the pipeline workflow to integrate the TEP work.

The TEPs are already located here:

But you're right that maybe they should play a more prominent role and have a different icon.
Do you have an icon you can suggest?
We've previously used free icons from the Noun Project.
