jquery errors

Setting up vacation_sieve on a roundcube installation which also contains "passwords". I receive the following errors:

This renders the settings screen unclickable. Also tried the currently open pull request #9, however that one leads to a 500 Server Error when visiting the settings page.

This is clearly a javascript error. I know the plugin is actually working with the current git branch of roundcube. Which version of roundcube you use?

Tried with 0.8.6 and then updated and tried on 0.9.2, same thing.
