`config-*` Commands, V2

Description

This task is to capture ideas for new features and overall improvements to the config-* commands (config-list, config-pull, config-update).

• config-list
  • Filtering config by version, MD5 or other metadata
  • Limiting number of responses to a specific count
  • Get the configs deployed --before and/or --after specific time frames
  • Have a --human flag to print the results in a pretty table instead of JSON (thanks @awick!)
  • Improve efficiency of large list commands; will likely require changing how we store the metadata on our config bundles (see Add config-list command to the CLI #139 (comment))
• config-pull
  • Have a way to pull both the --capture and --viewer config simultaneously
• config-update
• General
  • "an option that recreates the directory that is needed when uploading. Simple use case, on machine A i create everything and get arkime going, but I’m a bad bad person and dont use a repo for my configs. Now on machine B i want to change stuff. Right now I would have to run the commands, create a directory, unzip stuff, etc etc." (thanks @awick)
