Description
It used to work way in the past. We have a code in SlackAdapter which helped us retrieving the user information based on the incoming "user tag".
It doesn't work anymore. It might be just a problem with the tokens (Slack had some changes in this area).
Please note, we're using outgoing hooks as our way of integration - it's no longer recommended by Slack.
