Store the "reason" of a plusone

So that later we can display stats per person, what they received the +1 for

I was thinking about it at the beginning and later realized it could lead to security problems if the reason was a link or confidential in the organization. So I think better not :)

If we assume that it's always visible only in the context of an organisation, then the danger is limited.
