New V3 API

Kartaview/Grab have added a new API endpoint, and drastically reduced the surface area of the V3 API.

https://doc.kartaview.org now only lists a handful of V3 endpoints.

The new endpoint is at https://api.grab.openstreetcam.org/

This change was supposedly made in June 2024.

Seemingly only has;

#Sequence

• Get Sequence Details
• Get Track data from Tile X/Y/Z

#Photo

• Get Details of Photo
• Retrieve Photos

#User

• Log in to KartaView

Plus the endpoints appear to require authentication.
And the endpoints actually are replacing v2.0.
