Documentaion error

ISSUE :
There are documentation error , the alignment , format and the design is wrong. 

we need to solve this because it will lead other users in a wrong way and even the other users will follow the wrong things .

we can solve this by providing the correct format and alignment (eg times roman , size 12)

by doing this everything will be in formate and others can follow the same .
