Automatically generate CDN image links.

When static files are detected within modified documents, users can trigger a CI process to automatically upload these updated files to a CDN.

Once uploaded, the processed CDN links are added as a comment within the corresponding PR description. Users then have two options:

1. Manually replace the links themselves.
2. Have a bot further automate the process by replacing the image CDN links automatically.
