I am playing with Gadget2Snapshot class to generate the lens planes. I have encountered self.key().sort() problem there. Yeah, I might be able to send a PR once I worked through this. Thanks!

I see, that's this line: https://github.com/apetri/LensTools/blob/master/lenstools/simulations/gadget2.py#L220
It's not a core part of the functionality, so I can merge this change relatively soon. But the ConfigParse issue needs to be dealt more carefully as it is part of the actual situation pipeline
