Here are the steps to reproduce our exact steps in analyzng the area under the curve

  1. Download the Luen Code (etas-training.R) from our Github

  2. Download the data set socal.txt

  3. Use the code at our Github account for our improved code (ErrorDiagram.R)

  4. Download the pracma package in R

  5. the createErrorDiagram function will output the area under the curve using the trapezoidal rule
