Bubble charts' "rotate axis label" options don't work

Note how "Rotate x axis label" and "Rotate y axis label" are set to 45 degrees but the labels are not rotated:

This seems to be unique to Bubble charts, the other Echarts are fine:

For Bubble charts, modifying the axis label rotation options wonn't affect the axis labels, they stay at 0 degrees. Selecting options or entering a custom value doesn't make a difference.

I found the root cause of this bug. The bubble chart's axis label rotation settings are implemented incorrectly in transformProps.ts — they use ECharts' nameRotate property (which rotates the axis title) instead of axisLabel.rotate (which rotates the tick labels).

Specifically:

• X-axis at line 200 uses nameRotate: xAxisLabelRotation
• Y-axis at line 219 uses nameRotate: yAxisLabelRotation

To fix this, the code should add axisLabel: { rotate: xAxisLabelRotation } (and similarly for y-axis) to actually rotate the tick labels as expected. PR #37755 recently fixed similar axis label rotation issues in timeseries charts and could serve as a reference for the fix pattern.
