What happened
Seem like when adding a new version of the plugin on the portal, makes the last previous verified version disappear from the list of plugins visible from the IDE

steps to reproduce
add a plugin to the plugin portal
wait for verification
add a new version of the plugin and request verification
plugin disappears from the plugins list in the IDE
Or it may just be that adding a new version makes the last verified version invisible on netbeans
