I've added #2188 as I believe that covers the same as #2423 but is already approved (but looking for a second reviewer).

Regarding the delete vectors PR - I think that will need significant review. I'd recommend reaching out in #rust on the Iceberg Slack to find reviewers (- I wouldn't be able to review that right now due to lack of time and context). If we can get it merged before cutting the v0.10 release, that would be great, but I expect it will need a deep review given its nature.

I think this PR I was reviewing would be a nice bug fix to add and the response seems to reasonable for merging as is:

Hi, @dannycjones let's remove #2188 from blocker issue. It's quite large and I think it will take several other rounds of review.

I'd like to volunteer as a release manager for 0.10, assuming no-one else would like to volunteer. I asked @CTTY to check they would be able to support with the bits that require committer access.
