Support Lookup Batch and Queueing #195

- I searched in the issues and found nothing similar.
Motivation
Current lookup implementation does not batch multiple lookup together, this leads to lower throughput than Java side which does batch (fewer network round trip per lookup).
We should achieve parity with Java client on batching and queuing logic for lookups.
