High concurrency point query optimization adds applicable scenarios

In high-concurrency point-query scenarios, optimization is not applied in the following situations, and PreparedStatement does not take effect either. CPU has clearly become a bottleneck. Is there any plan for optimization?

1. the SQL statement with a key 'in', for example: 'select * from table where k1 = v1 and k2 in (v2,v3,v4)'
2. a field use variant type
