Upgrade to Camel 4.14.5

Hi @jbonofre , as I intend to use the new camel-mdc component, is it possible to upgrade to 4.15.x also ? Would you need some help ?

@lobtx the idea is more to follow the LTS version.
I'm still working on the 4.13.x bump as it needs change on the features repository.
Do you need camel-mdc before the next LTS ?
