Update camel-karaf-examples to Camel v4

The examples are old Camel 3.21.x based.

They should be updated to Camel v4
https://github.com/apache/camel-karaf-examples

And some may not work anymore and can just be removed.

You are welcome to help - so I suggest you help migrate the examples and send PRs

FYI, camel-karaf already includes examples as part of the test (https://github.com/apache/camel-karaf/tree/main/tests/examples) and the tests themselves.

Also Karaf has some: https://github.com/apache/karaf/tree/main/examples/karaf-camel-example

I started to update the existing example (in camel-karaf-examples) but I think it would be better to have the examples in the main camel-karaf repository to use it in the itests (and so removing the camel-karaf-examples repo).

So my proposal would be to move the examples directly in camel-karaf repo (and update accordingly).
