Support for operator persistent volumes on the helm chart

Requirement

As I user I wish I could mount a persistent volume in the operator pod declaring the persisent volume and directory to be mounted on the helm charts.

This is to support using a volume for dependencies storage, as described in https://camel.apache.org/camel-k/2.8.x/installation/advanced/offline.html#maven-offline-volume, without relying on editing the operator deployment.
