Sample deployments of Burr applications on cloud providers (umbrella issue)

We need examples of deploying burr on AWS/other cloud providers. We have a great one (https://github.com/DAGWorks-Inc/burr/tree/main/examples/deployment/aws/lambda), but should have more.

The following examples (each should be their own issue...)

• EC2
• AWS Elastic Beanstalk
• Vercel
• GCP
• ...

Describe alternatives you've considered
Providing templates.

Taking #390 — starting with Vercel first.

Plan:

1. Vercel (serverless one-click)
2. AWS EC2 + Docker
3. Google Cloud Run

Will add examples/deployment/vercel/README.md .
