We should make the footer bar as similar as possible to Safari - both in terms of sizing and positioning.

1. Please be aware, that on iPads, the view is slightly different, since there's much more space to show all the buttons at once.

2. You want to completely disregard the option to show information about server TLS certificates, do I understand that right? I would advise against reusing the lock icon (which is more-or-less a cross-browser standard for ages for showing TLS info) for the security levels.
