The STAY LOGGED IN widget is not intuitive

Describe the Bug

• I was expecting the state of the tick of the STAY LOGGED IN to be retained between application startup.
• If I untick it I still go directly in to the app, bypassing the login

Expected Behaviour

• If I untick the STAY LOGGED IN then next time I start the app and tap LOGIN I should go to the browser.
• If I tick STAY LOGGED IN then next time I start the app and tap LOGIN I should use any cached login
