PACKAGES: missing info in README

Description

Some of our dart solid packages (solid_auth) do not have the

• version and license and latest commit badges in the README
• publication and release info in RHS panel in the git repo when viewing README.
• copyright info on the README

Likewise our py solidtools does not have similar info for py packages,

Can this be updated to make them all show github and published version info, copyright, and the other useful/important features?
