SOLIDPOD: Review and repair all deleteFile() usage of fileUrl: #595

Describe the Bug
With the backward incompatible update to deleteFile() with a file path being replaced by a file URL, we need to review each of the apps to ensure we are not introducing bugs for file deletion.
